Heres another "oldie" and I don't know where the recipe originally came from. I got it from a friend...it is good though.

Ingredients For cranberry pecan pie...cin

3eggs
-
1 cdark karo syrup (i use the 33% less fat)

2/3 csugar (i use splenda or stevia)

4 Tbspbutter (melted)

dash of salt
-
1 cfresh cranberries (chopped)

1 cpecan halves
- 1 PIE UNBAKED CRUST

1Preheat ove to 325°

2In a mixing bowl beat eggs with fork until blended. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt.

3Put chopped cranberries into pie crust evenly. Spread pecans on evenly on top of cranberries. Pour syrup mixture over the top carefully.

4Bake at 325° for 55 min's or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
