Ingredients For cranberry pecan pie

3eggs, lightly beaten

2/3 csugar

1 tspvanilla

1 ccranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped

1 cgolden corn syrup
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 cpecans, coarsely chopped

1 Tbspgrated orange rind
-
19 inch pie crust
How To Make cranberry pecan pie

1Cool on wire rack.

2If desired, serve with whipped cream.

3In medium bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla until well blended.

4Stir in pecans, cranberries and orange rind.

5Pour into pastry shell.

6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
