Ingredients For connie's coconut pie

  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 lb
    butter, melted and cooled
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c
    coconut flakes
  • 2 c
    pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 c
    sugar or salenda/sugar mixture
  • 1
    pie shell

How To Make connie's coconut pie

    Melt butter and let it cool.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    Pour mixture into pie pan.

    You can put some pecans or walnuts on top if you wish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until set.

    Can be enjoyed with a sauce or whipped cream on top or just as is:)
