Ingredients For coconut pie

4eggs
-
1 3/4 csugar

1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1/4 Tbspsalt
-
2 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1/4 cbutter, melted

2 cwhole milk
How To Make coconut pie

1With electric mixer beat well 4 eggs, add sugar add flour.

2Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly and add 7 ounce Angel Flake coconut mixing in with spatula.

3Pour into 9 inch wide and deep greased glass pie pan. Bake 30 minutes or until custard is set. Do Not over bake - custard will set somewhat as it cools!!

4Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Also, it does make it's own crust.
