1 1/2 csugar

2 lgeggs

pinchsalt

1/2 cbutter, melted

2 Tbspflour, self-rising or all-purpose

1/2 cevaporated milk

1 1/2 cangel flake coconut

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 lgunbaked pie shell or 2 small
How To Make coconut macaroon pie

1Beat eggs, sugar and salt until mixture is lemon colored.

2Add butter and flour.

3Add milk, vanilla and coconut.

4Pour into pie shell(s) and bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
