  • COCONUT CUSTARD IMPOSSIBLE PIE
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 c
    milk (i use 1% milk)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut

How To Make coconut custard impossible pie

    Blend ingredients in blender.
  • 2
    Pour into buttered pie pan.
  • 3
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until golden borwn. (Pie is done when it doesn't jiggle).
