Ingredients For coconut custard blender pie

  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    milk (reserve 1/2 c. back until last)
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    coconut

How To Make coconut custard blender pie

  • 1
    Blend all ingredients on high speed for 10 seconds adding the 1/2 c. of milt that was saved back through the top of the blender. Pour into a greased and floured 10" pie plate and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (makes it own crust)
