This is my Husbands Favorite Winter time sweet treat, when baking,it fills the house with warmth and gathers my kids in the kitchen. I love this Recipe because its so fast and easy to make,and great for any occasion!

Ingredients For cinnamon peach cobbler pie

2 call purpose flour

2 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 ccold butter
-
2 can(15 1/4 oz each) peach halves, drained & patted dry

1 cpacked dark brown sugar

1 tspground cinnamon, or to taste

2egg yolks, beaten
-
1 cheavy whipping cream
How To Make cinnamon peach cobbler pie

1In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder- cut in butter until cumbly, press into bottom and up the sides of a GREASED 9in pie pan or spring form pan. Place on a baking sheet. Arrange peaches in crust cut side up. combine dark brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.

2In a medium bowl beat egg yolks and cream together with a wire wisk- pour over peaches and bake for 25 to 30 min longer or until top is set, cool on wire rack lightly sprinkle with cinnamon....Refridgerate Leftovers
