These are absolutely the best pies I guess I've ever tasted except a chocolate and coconut. I used to make these every Christmas and my aunt and uncle loved them so much I always made 1 for everyone and my uncle loved it so much, I would make him one to eat all by himself.

Ingredients For christmas fruit pies

1 canpie cherries (not drained), dark, sweet and pitted

1 cancrushed pineapple (small, not drained)

1 1/4 csugar

1/4 cflour
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
-
6bananas
-
1 pkgorange jello (small)

red food coloring drops
-
1 ptreal whipping cream
-
29" - 10" pie crusts, baked
How To Make christmas fruit pies

1In a medium sauce pan, mix together, cherries, crushed pineapple, sugar, flour & food coloring----cook until thick----let cool. Add 1 box orange jello, cut-up bananas & pecans. Let all of this cool. I set it in the fridge to cool.

2Pour into baked pie crusts and top each pie with whipping cream. Keep in fridge.

3I use real whipping cream...pour it into a bowl and beat with electric mixer until thick...add a little sugar and taste and see if it's sweet enough.
