My children and granchildren love this pie. When they come up on Sunday's I make it before church and serve it. This is a favorite and easy to make. I found it one day surfing the Internet. So rich and good! Infact, I was going to take a picture of it and it was all gone before I got the picture!!

1unbaked single crust pie crust

1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1/2 c(1 stick) butter

1 csugar

1 tspunsweetened cocoa powder

3eggs

2/3 cevaporated milk

1 tspvanilla

How To Make chocolate silk pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large, microwavable bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter at 50% power for 2 minutes until butter is melted; stir until smoooth, Whisk in salt, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla whisk until well blended. Pour chocolate mixture into crust.

2Bake 30 minutes or until filling has puffed, but center still wiggles. Cool completely. Refrigerated until ready to serve.

3Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. This is so good.
