Ingredients For chocolate pie crust

  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, cold
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • Tbsp
    3-5 tablespoons ice cold water

How To Make chocolate pie crust

  • 1
    Combine flour,salt,cocoa powder,and sugar in food processor and pulse to mix.Cut butter into 1/2 inch pieces,add to mixture and pulse until mixture resembles a coarse meal.Add ice water A Tablespoon at a time,pulsing until dough begins to hold together.
