10 ozcoconut macaroon cookies

1 cheavy cream
-
16 ozfinely chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate

1/2 craspberries

2 Tbspslivered orange peel
How To Make chocolate macaroon tart

1Press the cookies into and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.

2Pour boiling heavy cream over the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into the cookie crust.

3Chill for 6 hours and top with raspberries and slivered orange peel. Enjoy!
