How To Make chocolate gravy/pie

1In a medium sauce pan mix flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon (optional), and salt. Gradually add milk. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly with a whisk until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute until thickened.

2Remove from heat and add butter, chocolate extract, and vanilla . Stir until combined. Serve over biscuits, toast, pancakes, or waffles.

3Left over gravy can be poured into a pie crust of your choice and refrigerated 2-3 hours until set for pie. Serve with sweetened whipped cream
