  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 2 oz
    unsweetened chocolate (squares)
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1
    frozen pie crust (regular)

How To Make chocolate chess pie

    Melt margarine and unsweetened chocolate in a medium saucepan on medium heat
  • 2
    Once melted and incorporated, add sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix well
  • 3
    Add eggs and mix well
  • 4
    Pour into pie crust and bake for 25-35 minutes at 325 degrees
  • 5
    *I frequently double this recipe and use a deep-dish pie crust, it is wonderful! Serve with vanilla ice cream!
