1/4 cshortening

1 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cgrated cheese

3 Tbspcold water
- FILLING:

2/3 csugar

1/2 cflour

3/4 tspground cinnamon

dash salt

5 ctart apples, sliced
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cflour
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/3 cmargarine
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
How To Make cheese apple pie

1CRUST: Cut shortening into flour. Add other ingredients; press into a ball. Roll to fit in a 9 inch pan.

2FILLING: Mix together all ingredients and put into unbaked pie crust.

3STREUSAL TOPPING: Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in butter and cheese; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 435 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
