I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT HAD THIS PIE YET BUT IT IS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.I LOVE COOKED CARROTS AND I THOUGHT THAT THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR COMPANY COMING OVER.. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For carrot pie

2 unbaked pie shells

2 cups cooked,mashed carrots

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

2 cups whole milk

1/2 each tsp cinn, ground cloves

3/4 tsp ground ginger
How To Make carrot pie

1Mix all ingredints well except pie shells in a large bowl.Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake on bottom rack of oven @ 425 For 10 mins..Then lower heat to 325 for 1 hour or until cooked.Remove from oven and let rest for 20-25 mins before serving...
