How To Make carolyn's no crust fudge pie
-
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-
2Put flour, sugar, cocoa, and pecans in a medium bowl and mix well. Next melt butter and pour into the bowl stir well so it cools enough to add eggs. Continue to stir to mix well only.
-
3Spray pie dish with cooking spray and then pour mixture into pie dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes. I cooked mine at approximately 28 minutes. The center needs to be semi soft. NOTES: If you want it warm with fudge sauce or ice cream it is recommended to heat each piece in microwave about 25 seconds then serve.
