Ingredients For caramel strawberry tart

    10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    whipping cream
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    strawberries, sliced
  • 2
    meduim bananas sliced
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream or plain yogurt

How To Make caramel strawberry tart

  • 1
    Beat cream with granulated sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in sour cream. Chill.

    Melt butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Place tortillas on large baking sheet.

    Top with bananas and strawberries.

    Top fruit with brown butter.

    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

    Serve warm.

    Top with cream and more sliced strawberries if desired.
