Ingredients For cafinated pecan pie

3 lgeggs, beaten

1/4 tspsalt

3/4 cunsulfured molasses

1 tspvanilla extract

3/4 cwhite corn syrup

1 ccorsely chopped pecans

1/2 cdouble strength brewed coffee
-
4 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1unbaked pie shell (8-inch) - homemade or purchased
How To Make cafinated pecan pie

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Combine eggs, molasses, corn syrup, coffee, melted butter or margarine, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

3Combine pecans and flour, add to liquid mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes

4Cool completely before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
