3/4 cupcrisco, butter flavored

4-8 TBSice cold water

1mix flour and salt

2cut in crisco

3add 4 TBS ice water, mix with fork, if too dry, add more water

4cut in half and roll out 2 crusts, if recipe only calls for 1 crust, the other freezes well for when you do need it in the future
