    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    light corn syrup
  • 2 c
    apples, coarsely shredded
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch chips (11 oz.)
  • 1 c
    macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    pie shell, 9 inch, unbaked

How To Make butterscotch apple macadamia nut pie

    Combine eggs, corn syrup, apples, butter, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in large bowl: mix well.

    Stir in nuts and chips.

    Pour into pie shell. Put pie on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

    Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
