4eggs, slightly beaten

1/3-1/2 clight corn syrup

2 capples, coarsely shredded

1/4 cbutter, melted

1 tspvanilla

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspcinnamon

1 pkgbutterscotch chips (11 oz.)

1 cmacadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

1pie shell, 9 inch, unbaked
How To Make butterscotch apple macadamia nut pie

1Combine eggs, corn syrup, apples, butter, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in large bowl: mix well.

2Stir in nuts and chips.

3Pour into pie shell. Put pie on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

5Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
