This pie resembles a pumpkin pie. My family loves it and coming from a bunch that must have pumpkin pie at holidays that says alot! The kids even love it!!!

Ingredients For butternut squash pie

1 1/2 cbutternut squash, peeled & cubed

1 clightly packed brown sugar

1 Tbspcorn starch

1 lgegg, beaten
-
1 cevaporated milk
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1 pinchallspice, ground
-
1 pinchcloves, ground
-
1 pinchginger
-
1 pinchnutmeg

1unbaked pie shell
How To Make butternut squash pie

1Boil Squash til tender (15 minutes or so). Drain & cool.

2In blender, blend all ingredients & pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or til knife comes out clean. Top w/ cool whip.
