Ready in an hour...Gone in a second...As delicious and as wholesome as it looks...this pie is my own creation and was inspired by the dry fruit milkshake of India... SO easy to make and SO tasty to eat...my family loves it so much that the pie is finished the same day, each and every time I make it Rich in Minerals, this would make an excellent dessert/mid-day snack for kids!
