My husband's Grandma, Euta (Kell) Beadle, made this pie often, at the request of her 4 Grandsons; especially during holidays. The whole family loves it. If you like a cinnamon flavor with a custard-like pie this is for you. This pie has been handed down for generations, too!

1 csugar/can use sugar substitute

1 Tbsprounded t of flour (not flat)

2 Tbspcinnamon, ground

2 cmilk

2eggs, separated
How To Make bobandy pie

1Please make your favorite pie crust and have shell ready. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat egg yolks; blend into dry ingredients with the milk. Beat egg whites and fold into above ingredients. Pour carelfully into unbaked pie crust.

2Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees (do not open oven between changing temperatures) and bake until firm (approx. 40 min.) Different ovens will probably have a different length of time so experiment. Enjoy ~ delicious!
