Ingredients For blushing peach pie

4-5 csliced fresh peaches

1 csliced fresh strawberries

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/4 call-purpose flour
- CRUST

2 call-purpose flour

1 tspsalt

2/3 c+ 2 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco

1/4 ccold water
How To Make blushing peach pie

1Mix flour, salt, and Crisco with a fork or pastry blender until resembles meal consistency.

2Add cold water and mix until dough forms.

3Form into two equal-size patties and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.

4Roll out and form into a pie dish.

5Mix filling.

6Add filling to the pie dish and lay top crust over the pie. Seal by folding the top edge over the bottom edge and decorate the edge with a fork.

7Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.
