I make this every year when berries come into season. You can mix berries and peaches or berries and apples. It's just so yummy

Ingredients For blueberry tart

1 cflour
-
1/8 tspsalt

2 Tbspsugar

1/2 cbutter cold and sliced

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

3 cblueberries (fresh or frozen and drained) or other fruit

1/2 csugar and 1t cinnamon mixture
How To Make blueberry tart

1Work flour, salt, sugar, butter in a bowl or food processor until crumbly.

2Add 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar

3Thoroughly work in the Apple Cider with hands place dough in middle of tart pan and start to work dough with your fingers spreading the dough towards the edges of the tart pan.

4Spread 3 cups of fruit over dough.

5Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon mixture.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes

7When cool, top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
