My recipe for a combination cobbler and pie! My son likes cobblers, my husband likes pies...VOILÀ! Pie w/cobbler topping!

1deep dish pie crust, homemade or storebought

1 1/2 cblueberries, fresh or frozen

1 cself-rising flour

1 cmilk

1 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make blueberry pie with cobbler topping

1Pre-bake bottom pie crust for about 7 minutes in oven @ 400 degrees until air bubbles start forming.

2Place blueberries into bottom crust. Mix together the other ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir well, and pour evenly on top of berries.

3Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream while still slightly warm.
