My family loves blueberries and I love the Blueberry Sour Cream Pie that I tasted at Marie Callendar's many years ago, so I developed my own version; and we absolutely love it!

Ingredients For blueberry meringue pie

1 canblueberry pie filling

1 pkg8 ounces of cream cheese

1 1/2 csour cream

1baked 9 inch pie shell

3egg whites for meringue
How To Make blueberry meringue pie

1Whip together the sour cream and cream cheese. Spread evenly over the bottom of the pie shell. Pour the can of blueberry (or any favorite fruit filling)into the pie shell and spread evenly.

2Make the meringue for a 9 inch pie shell, and spread that evenly over the top, creating swirls and peaks as desired.

3Bake at 350 degrees until peaks and swirls are lightly browned (from 10-20 minutes-so watch!). Remove from oven, and cool away from drafts. When pie has cooled completely, store-covered-in the refrigerator.
