blueberry layered pie
This pie recipe is yummy and easy. I just had to try it because my son loves blueberry pies. Obviously, he liked it since he ate a piece and took the leftover pie home with him.

8 ozcream cheese, softened

14 ozsweetened condensed milk

1/4 cpowdered sugar

3.4 ozinstant vanilla pudding mix

1/4 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tsplemon zest
-
1 canblueberry pie filling

cool whip, optional
-
19" pie shell, baked or graham cracker crust
How To Make blueberry layered pie

1Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

2Add instant pudding, lemon juice, and lemon zest to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended; set aside.

3Spoon 1/2 of blueberry filling into bottom of crust. Spoon filling on top. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set. Spoon remaining pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
