This pie recipe is yummy and easy. I just had to try it because my son loves blueberry pies. Obviously, he liked it since he ate a piece and took the leftover pie home with him.

Ingredients For blueberry layered pie

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3.4 oz
    instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 c
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1 can
    blueberry pie filling
  • cool whip, optional
  • 1
    9" pie shell, baked or graham cracker crust

How To Make blueberry layered pie

  • 1
    Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

    Add instant pudding, lemon juice, and lemon zest to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended; set aside.

    Spoon 1/2 of blueberry filling into bottom of crust. Spoon filling on top. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set. Spoon remaining pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
