When we can, in the summer, we pick fresh blackberries in our yard for this recipe. But store bought or frozen work just fine :)

Ingredients For blackberry pie

2pie shells

1 pkgfrozen berries (thawed) or 1 to 1/2 cup fresh

2/3 csugar
-
2 Tbspcornstarch or 4 tbsp. flour

1 Tbspbutter

dash of salt
How To Make blackberry pie

1Fill uncooked pie shell with blackberries. Mix sugar, cornstarch or flour and a dash of salt; sprinkle over blackberries. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust and sprinkle with sugar and butter. Bake 400 for 40-50 minutes.
