I used raspberries but you can use any fruit. You can also use a pie crust. This is a crustless pie.

Ingredients For berry crunch pie

  • 3 1/2 c
    fresh berries
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    coconut,shredded

How To Make berry crunch pie

  • 1
    Mix berries,honey and flour with a whisk. Pour into a greased pie plate.
  • 2
    Sprinkle the oats on the berry mixture then the brown sugar and on top of that the coconut.

    Bake 30-40 minutes or until richly browned at 350 degrees.
