ANOTHER GREAT RECIPE FROM MY LOCAL NEWSPAPER. In case anyone hasn't noticed...All of my recepies come from the newpaper. It's the first section I read. LOL.

Ingredients For berry cream pie

  • 1
    pie crust shell, baked
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 1 c
    rasperries
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make berry cream pie

  • 1
    Bake the pie crust. Let cool.

    Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar on high speed. Add the cream and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.

    In a seperate bowl mix all the berries with sugar and set aside.
  • 4
    Put 2/3 of the cream mixture in the pie crust. Place 2/3 of the berries ontop of the cream. Repeat layers one more time (ending with berries). Chill several hours before serving.
