ANOTHER GREAT RECIPE FROM MY LOCAL NEWSPAPER. In case anyone hasn't noticed...All of my recepies come from the newpaper. It's the first section I read. LOL.

Ingredients For berry cream pie

1pie crust shell, baked

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cpowdered sugar
-
1 1/2 cheavy whipping cream
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2 cstrawberries, cut into quarters

1 crasperries
-
1 cblueberries
-
1/2 csugar
How To Make berry cream pie

1Bake the pie crust. Let cool.

2Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar on high speed. Add the cream and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.

3In a seperate bowl mix all the berries with sugar and set aside.

4Put 2/3 of the cream mixture in the pie crust. Place 2/3 of the berries ontop of the cream. Repeat layers one more time (ending with berries). Chill several hours before serving.
