I only recently tried making my own pie crusts. I was amazed at how easy it was! I hope you enjoy this recipe and bake up a storm!

Ingredients For basic and easy pie crust

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 ccold butter
-
6to 8 Tbspice water
How To Make basic and easy pie crust

1Combine flour and salt.

2Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

3Gradually add water while mixing until it forms a ball.

4Divide in half.
-
5Roll out one half until it fits in a 9-inch pie dish.

6When placed in dish as base of pie, trim edge with knife.

7Roll out second half of dough for the top.
