This is such a great and simple recipe and can be made with other cook and serve pudding using only 1 3/4 cups milk and about 2 cups fresh fruit that is dry not frozen,,like fresh raspberries, blueberries,strawberries...you get the picture..use the marshmallows and 1 cup of Cool Whip....and you will have a beautiful dessert for family and friends... I usually use raspberries, but had 2 bananas that needed to be used up.

3 ozpackage cook and serve banana cream pudding

1 3/4 cmilk
-
1 1/2 cmini marshmallows
-
1 ccool whipped topping, thawed

2 mdbananas
-
19-inch baked pie crust (any kind)
How To Make banana pudding pie

1Pour milk into medium saucepan that has a tight fitting lid, add pudding to pan;stir to blend. Cook and stir until pudding begins to boil lightly, and thicken. remove from heat and place lid on top. Place saucepan with pudding and lid in refrigerator to cool.

2When pudding is cold. Remove lid, stir to blend and fold in the marshmallows and Cool Whip.

3Slice bananas into the crust. Pour filling over the bananas.Decorate top as desired, with nuts or chocolate chips or cherries. Chill overnight or at least 7 hours, before serving.
