1 1/2 cbananas, sliced

1 1/4 cguava nectar

1/2 csugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspsalt - optional

3 Tbspcornstarch

3 Tbspcold water

How To Make banana guava pie

1Combine guava nectar, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat.

2in a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water into a smooth paste then stir into guava nectar mixture.

3Stir till it thickens and clears, then remove from heat and let cool.

4Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate.

5Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
