Ingredients For banana cream pie

1/4 ccornstarch

1/4 tspsalt

2 cmilk
-
3egg yolks, slightly beaten

2/3 csugar

1 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 tspvanilla

3bananas, sliced

1baked 9" pie shell
How To Make banana cream pie

1Combine cornstarch, sugar, & salt. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until thick & boils, stirring constantly.

2Cook 2 minutes, remove from heat.

3Add a little hot mixture to egg yolks, return to hot mixture & cook 1 minute longer.

4Stir in butter & vanilla. Cool.

5Arrange banana slices in pie shell.

6Pour cooled filling over bananas.
