Such a good and refreshing pie. You might try other pie fillings...I've only used blueberry. I actually make my own blueberry filling by stewing down the blueberries with sugar and a little water.

Ingredients For banana-blueberry pie

    9 inch pie crust, baked
  • 1 can
    blueberry pie filling
  • 2-3 md
    bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream cheese, softened
  • 5 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 sm
    tub cool whip

How To Make banana-blueberry pie

    Bake pie curst to a golden brown. Slice bananas & place into curst.

    Mix cream cheese & sugar together & spread over bananas.

    Pour pie filling over bananas.

    Top with cool whip and chill a few hours before serving.

    Tip: If you don't have time to make your own whipped topping just add a drop or two of vanilla extract to bought cool whip. This makes it taste more like homemade.
