bacon apple pie
(2 ratings)
I made this yesterday for a birthday gift and it was a hit! I also made little minis for the guests. All I have to say is I am so glad I tried this recipe. The guests were all coming up to me telling me how delicious the pies were all night. (I will have to say the minis were a lot easier. I cut out mini circles and made them in a cupcake pan and pre-cooked the bacon and crumbled on top, they cooked a lot faster because the apples are diced small. That is why I pre-cooked the bacon).
