Ingredients For apple pie spice

  • 4 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cardamom

How To Make apple pie spice

  • 1
    Combine spices in a small bowl, mix well to combine. Store in a small jar or spice container.

    To make it in bulk to give as gifts. This makes a qt jar Then divide into smaller spice jars. 2 cups cinnamon 1/2 cup each nutmeg and cardamon 1/3 cup ginger 1/8 cup alspice
