These are so easy to make and so scrumptious, I foresee a problem with my wanting to eat them ALL the time! My next attempt is going to be Pumpkin Pie Sticks-- bite size pumpkin pie in a portable, dunkable stick?? Sounds great right? Stay tuned for that! Ingredients For apple butter pie sticks

2refrigerated pie crusts

1/2 capple butter
-
1egg white (for egg wash)

1-2 Tbspdecorator sugar crystals (turbinado sugar works also)

caramel ice cream sauce
How To Make apple butter pie sticks

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Roll out one of the packaged pie crust doughs. Spread a thin layer of apple butter across pie crust. Leave about 1/8-1/4 inch all around the edge.

3Unroll second pie crust and place on top of apple butter. Press edges together very lightly.

4Make an egg wash with egg white and a little water. Brush on top crust, then sprinkle with decorator sugar crystals.

5Using a ravioli cutter or a pizza cutter, cut into strips that are about 3/4" wide x 3" long.

6Place on prepared pans and bake both pans for about 19-20 minutes or until firm and golden brown. (It may be slightly shorter baking time if baking only 1 pan at a time.)

7Drizzle with caramel ice cream sauce and enjoy!!
