If you like pineapple, you will really enjoy this refreshing pie on a summer day (or nite!) Perfect for summer HOLIDAY time! Or any time of the year ~ ENJOY! IMPORTANT NOTE: NO COOK-TIME is needed! The "CHILL-TIME" is minimum 8 hours, but OVERNITE is better! YUM!!

Ingredients For annie's easiest pineapple pie...ever!

  • 1 can
    20 ounce crushed pineapple in it's own juice
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 lg
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 c
    (can add into pie filling/if desired) flaked coconut or finely chopped walnuts or both
  • 1
    pre-made pie shell (flavor of your choice) graham cracker or shortbread crust
  • TOPPINGS dash
    if desired
  • CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
  • WHIPPED CREAM
  • FLAKED COCONUT OR FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS

How To Make annie's easiest pineapple pie...ever!

    In medium to large sized bowl, MIX WELL! Pineapple with juice, sour cream, pudding mix and walnuts (if desired) Pour into pre-made pie shell. Cover with plastic cover (included with pie shell) Refrigerate 8 hours or OVERNITE is better. NOTE! IF DESIRED: Sprinkle/Add topping of your choice on cut slice of pie...ENJOY!! Annie Kelly
