If you like pineapple, you will really enjoy this refreshing pie on a summer day (or nite!) Perfect for summer HOLIDAY time! Or any time of the year ~ ENJOY! IMPORTANT NOTE: NO COOK-TIME is needed! The "CHILL-TIME" is minimum 8 hours, but OVERNITE is better! YUM!!

Ingredients For annie's easiest pineapple pie...ever!

1 can20 ounce crushed pineapple in it's own juice

1 ptsour cream

1 lginstant vanilla pudding

1/3 c(can add into pie filling/if desired) flaked coconut or finely chopped walnuts or both

1pre-made pie shell (flavor of your choice) graham cracker or shortbread crust

TOPPINGS dashif desired
- CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
- WHIPPED CREAM
- FLAKED COCONUT OR FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS
How To Make annie's easiest pineapple pie...ever!

1In medium to large sized bowl, MIX WELL! Pineapple with juice, sour cream, pudding mix and walnuts (if desired) Pour into pre-made pie shell. Cover with plastic cover (included with pie shell) Refrigerate 8 hours or OVERNITE is better. NOTE! IF DESIRED: Sprinkle/Add topping of your choice on cut slice of pie...ENJOY!! Annie Kelly
