2 ccooked and mashed sweet potato

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspground allspice

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1/8 tspsalt

3 lgeggs, slightly beaten

1 csour cream
How To Make angel's sweet potato pie

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Stir lightly.

2Add eggs. Beat lightly with a fork just until combined.

3Gradually stir in sour cream until combined.

4Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
