Ingredients For andrews's crustless apple pie

  • 1 lg
    egg,well beaten
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 1/2 c
    apples,peeled,cored and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    nuts chopped (opt)
  • pinch
    cinnamon

How To Make andrews's crustless apple pie

  • 1
    Place beaten egg in large bowl and add sugar,brown sugar and vanilla.Beat well.

    Add flour, baking powder and mix well.

    Add apples and mix well by hand.

    Add nuts and cinnamon and mix.

    Spread mixture in a 9 inch greased, not floured,pie plate.

    Ba ke in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Cool. Cut into wedges and serve with icecream or cheese.
