Ingredients For alan's vinegar pie

  • 9
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3 tsp
    flour
  • 3 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 3 stick
    butter
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    deep dish 10"unbaked pie shells

How To Make alan's vinegar pie

  • 1
    Melt butter. Add sugar, beaten eggs, vinegar.
  • 2
    Mix flour and milk. Stir in vanilla. Add to egg mixture.

    Pour into uncooked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to an hour. (I place the pies on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil to prevent a spill- over mess in the oven.)
