Ingredients For walnut blondies with sauce

  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 1 3/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • MAPLE BUTTER SAUCE
  • 3/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped

How To Make walnut blondies with sauce

  • 1
    Cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add to wet mixture. Fold in walnuts and buttescotch chips. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan, and Bake at 350 for approx 25 min.

    For the Maple Butter Sauce combine Maple syrup and butter and cook on low till butter is melted. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add walnuts.
