This recipe is too good not to share! You must purchase a Culinary Torch for this dish. Not that expensive....b/w $12-$25 and sooooo much fun to use! I recommend the one for $25. It is easier to use and generally comes with ramkins.

Ingredients For vanilla creme brulee

1 chalf and half

2 Tbspvanilla extract

6egg yolks

1/2 csugar

1/4 cturbinado sugar
How To Make vanilla creme brulee

1Heat the half and half over the stove top with the vanilla extract. Medium heat for approx 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down 5-10 minutes.

2Seperate eggs and discard the whites. Mix plain granulated sugar with the eggs.

3Combine the half and half mixture with the egg mixture. Pour in ramkins. Put ramkins in a baking dish and fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches 1/2 the height of the ramkin. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

4After they have been cooled or refrigerated sprinkle turbinado sugar over the top and have fun with your culinary torch!!
