I created a new blackberry cobbler recipe in the style of turtle candies (chocolate, caramel and pecans). It's filled with turtle candies and it's perfect with ice cream.

  • 3 c
    fresh blackberries
  • 1 3/4 c
    caramel ice cream topping, divided
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 15
    turtle candies, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2
    packets hot cocoa mix
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate syrup
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    chocolate milk
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt

How To Make turtle blackberry cobbler

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    Combine blackberries, 1 cup caramel ice cream topping, chopped pecans and chocolate chips in a large bowl; whisk together with a fork.

    Pour into a greased baking dish. Add the sliced turtle candies onto the blackberry mixture; mix well.

    Beat margarine, brown sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl for 3 minutes until combined.

    Add the flour, hot cocoa mix, chocolate syrup, heavy cream, chocolate milk and sea salt; beat for a minute until combined.

    Spread the batter evenly over the top of the blackberry mixture.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the blackberries are bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining caramel ice cream topping.
