Ingredients For tiramisu

2 cheavy whipping cream

1 csugar
-
4 Tbspsugar

16 ozmarscapone cheese
-
1 pkglady fingers
-
2 Tbspvanilla

Jar flcold brew coffee concentrate
-
cocoa powder for dusting the top of tiramisu
How To Make tiramisu

1Mix 2 cups whipping cream and 4 tbls sugar and vanilla and whip with mixture into stiff peaks. Then refrigerate until needed again.

2Whip marscapone cheese, 1 cup sugar and 4 tbls of the coffee until smooth. Then fold whipping cream into mascapone mixture.

3In a 11X13?dish, put one layer of lady fingers and brush coffee on them until pretty saturated with coffee. Then spread 1/2 the cream mixture on lady fingers and then dust with cocoa powder. Repeat last 2 steps and then refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving.
