Ingredients For tiramisu

  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    marscapone cheese
  • 1 pkg
    lady fingers
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • Jar fl
    cold brew coffee concentrate
  • cocoa powder for dusting the top of tiramisu

How To Make tiramisu

  • 1
    Mix 2 cups whipping cream and 4 tbls sugar and vanilla and whip with mixture into stiff peaks. Then refrigerate until needed again.

    Whip marscapone cheese, 1 cup sugar and 4 tbls of the coffee until smooth. Then fold whipping cream into mascapone mixture.

    In a 11X13?dish, put one layer of lady fingers and brush coffee on them until pretty saturated with coffee. Then spread 1/2 the cream mixture on lady fingers and then dust with cocoa powder. Repeat last 2 steps and then refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving.
