This is one of my favorite treats I've always made for Christmas. My daughter loves it & specifically requests it every year, as this is her "to die for & must have" treat...

Ingredients For tea-time truffles/rum balls

5 ccake crumbs

1/2 craisins or currants

2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
4 Tbspwarmed & sieved apricot jam

1 Tbspdark rum
-
enough chocolate sprinkles to coat all 15 balls
How To Make tea-time truffles/rum balls

1Mix 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Then add in the jam & rum & mix in well to a stiff paste.

3Form into balls, the size you like & immediately roll it in the chocolate rice, before it dries out.

4Either chill the truffles or serve immediately.
