Ingredients For sweet potatoe dumplings

2 stickbutter

1 1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cwater
-
2 cancrescent rolls

4sweet potatoes, large
How To Make sweet potatoe dumplings

1cook sweet potatoes in boiling water with skin on until fork tender. When done cool and peel sweet potatoes, then cut in quarters.

2melt butter in sauce pan, add vanilla and brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add flour and stir until thick, then add water. Stir until syrup consistency.

3take quartered sweet potatoes and roll in the crescents should be sixteen when done. Put in oven safe pan and pour syrup over them and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
